About the Artist

Nearly twenty years ago, painting opened a doorway to self-discovery for me. What started as playful experimentation—mixing paints, building textures, and incorporating unexpected materials—quickly grew into a deep and intuitive creative practice.

I began with mixed media, layering acrylics, oil pastels, ink, torn paper, sand, dirt, and found objects to create pieces rich in dimension and story. 

Each new texture offered a different language, allowing me to express emotions and ideas that words alone couldn’t hold.

As my artistic curiosity grew, I studied with various instructors, explored a wide range of mediums, and allowed my work to evolve naturally. 

Over time, I discovered the medium that felt most aligned with my voice: oils. Their depth, flexibility, and timeless quality continue to inspire me, offering endless room for discovery.

Every piece reflects the joy, curiosity, and growth that first pulled me toward painting and continues to guide me forward.

Living in St. Augustine, Florida and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and traveling the world for inspiration, my work is continually shaped by the places and cultures I encounter.
